What we build, and how we control it

A lean federal prime contractor, construction manager, and design-build integrator — capital-efficient by design, scalable by structure, and governed by project-manager-led controls.

Primary service lines

Six lines of federal work

Service LineScope
Renovation & RepairFacility recapitalization, interior and exterior renovation, historic renovation, and ADA compliance upgrades for DoD installations.
Design-BuildSingle-source delivery where the owner provides performance specifications; delivered with teamed A-E design partners under PBG design management.
IDIQ / MATOC Task OrdersTask order delivery under multiple-award indefinite delivery vehicles, targeting DoD contract vehicles in the Southeast and European theaters.
Secure & Sensitive Facility ConstructionControlled-unclassified and classified facility support, SCIF-adjacent construction, and personnel access-controlled environments.
Utilities & InfrastructureElectrical, mechanical, plumbing, and utility upgrades within base or installation environments; civil and site packages under building-led contracts.
Fast-Response Repair WorkQuick-response repair and emergency alteration work, prioritized early in the company lifecycle for cash flow profile and reference building.
Delivery model

Prime, construction manager, design-build integrator

We deliver construction scopes through a curated network of qualified subcontractors and strategic trade partners on every project, combined with teamed A-E design partners on design-build pursuits. The model is capital-efficient and scalable because it puts capital behind management capability, business development, and backlog — not behind a craft payroll and an equipment yard.

What that buys the client is specific: no delays from avoidable coordination failures, no misunderstandings of contractual language or FAR requirements, and no surprises at design review, submittal, or closeout. Quality control aligns to UFC and NAVFAC/USACE standards through PM-led oversight and subcontractor QC plan governance.

Ideal project profile — Years 1 to 3

  • Renovation, repair, and alteration projects in the $1M–$7M range
  • Design-build small projects and task orders
  • IDIQ and MATOC task orders under established vehicles
  • Secure and sensitive facility support work
  • MEP coordination-heavy scopes
  • Fast-response federal repair work
What we will not chase

Giant lump-sum greenfield projects requiring a large balance sheet, equipment-intensive heavy civil, and scopes requiring trade capacity we have not yet developed. Bidding work we cannot execute exceptionally is the fastest way to damage a CPARS record — so we do not do it.

Project controls

Operational disciplines

Federal construction rewards the contractor who reads the contract correctly the first time. These are the practices we run on every job, from the first task order forward.

Rigorous estimating and preconstruction

Bid only what can be won well, with FAR-fluent contract review that identifies risk before the proposal is submitted.

PM-led project controls

Monthly cost-to-complete reviews, strict change order logs, receivables aging tracked weekly, and schedule updates actualized against real progress.

Subcontractor and trade partner management

Prequalification, performance scorecards, schedule integration, and strategic teaming across a curated Southeast network.

Owner-aligned contract execution

UFC, FAR/DFARS, and agency-specific requirements interpreted correctly the first time — the difference between a clean closeout and a claim.

Quality control systems

Aligned with UFC standards and NAVFAC/USACE quality requirements, governed through subcontractor QC plan review and PM oversight.

Safety leadership

Treated as a competitive differentiator and a precondition of schedule performance, not a compliance checkbox.
